In order to reach God's children we have to go out into the kingdom.  We believe that being of service is doing God's work in the world.  Our ministries work on the frontlines to reach those who are in the most desperate state.  Reaching the Unreachable, Bringing Hope to the Hopeless.  Change is possible through unity.

Community Outreach

For our community outreach, we work directly with individuals in need.  Placement and transitioning to housing, furniture and personal goods, transportation and basic resources are provided by our ministry.  For much of our community outreach, we network with different agencies and centers throughout the Peoria area.  We are the liasons between the streets and the services.  

We have a special place in our hearts for those struggling with addiciton.  We believe in the spiritual program of the 12 steps.  Our ministry helps those seeking recovery from addiction by bringing them to meetings, drug and alcohol rehab and detox, trauma support centers, while providing continued support for their success in choosing a sober life of service.  

Community Education

James Meeks heads up our Community Education programming.  We provide tutoring for GED completion, general support for career advancement and computer literacy skills.  We serve both youth and adults to help our clients develop the skills they need to live better lives.  "Everyone needs to know how to read."

We are interesting in providing education relating to the needs of the individuals.  Our goals are to treat each person as a unique individual, with special gift and talents they are meant to share with the world.  We work on an individual basis to help build those skills our clients seek to improve.
