November Event - Pre-Thanksgiving Feast!

The Your Lives Matter Outreach Ministry united with the House of Hope to serve the community a hot Thanksgiving dinner. Forty people came out for fellowship and food. Our ministry further distributed meals to those who were unable to come in person.

Heavenly treats for the homeless and forgotten. Hot chili and crackers, fresh fruits and as always, we will also be passing out mini bibles & wooden crosses as well as hope, love and faith.

BBQ & Back to School - Sept 3rd

Our Pre-Labor Day event featured food, fun and back to school supplies.

We reached 60 families and children, giving away more than 100 bags with pencils, colored pencils, pencil sharpeners, scissors and miniature bibles and wooden crosses.

It was a family affair with our children participating in the events, giving food and sharing in love and fellowship.

We believe we are all one big family of God's children. It was a beautiful event.

Crime Survivors Peace Walk - July 23rd

Suvivors of violent crime who had lost loved ones were supported in their grief as the community came out to bring peace to the neighborhood.

Vendors were invited to show unity and support. Items were given out to community members.

Your Lives Matter Outreach Ministry was there, handing out bibles and wooden crosses, and raffling off gifts to survivors and community members.

Pre Fourth of July Feast - July 2nd

Family came out to lend a hand and feed the community. No one was forgotten and no one went hungry.

We handed out Bibles and wooden crosses to feed the spirit as well as the body.

Past Events 2021

The Your Lives Matter Outreach Ministry hosts events based on where the spirit calls for service and help.

Our events include "Dinner Church" held every Tuesday at the South Side Community Center. Here we prepare home cooked meals for the neighborhood and provide hope and fellowship with those in our community.

Travel pick-up ministry has been a means for many who are unable to travel to be able to connect with others at support groups, bible studies, and meals services.

Our most recent event was our Prethanksgiving Feast! Here we served close to 100 people on the South end of Peoria.
